Use the integrated browser

Navigate manually, or work on the same visible page as your Familiar.

The integrated browser keeps one live page beside your conversation — drive it yourself, hand it to your Familiar, or take the wheel back whenever you want.

Before you begin

This is currently a Desktop surface, and you need a verified identity plus an account that can invoke Familiars. For your Familiar to operate the page, your account also needs browser-control capability, a live Desktop relay must be connected, and the page must actually be open and visible.

This is not Browser Use. Browser Use runs its own hosted session and can reuse a saved website login; the integrated browser only controls the page visible in your Desktop panel.

Open Browser from the left of the workbench, choose Open browser, and navigate with the usual controls. Ask your Familiar to read, summarize, click, type, or finish a task once control is available. Sending a page to your Familiar drafts a message with the URL and any selected text — it doesn't send anything on its own.

If a control is missing

  • No browser icon — use Desktop, confirm your identity is verified, and ask your operator about your ability to invoke Familiars.
  • Opens but your Familiar can't control it — confirm Desktop is connected and ask your operator to check the browser-control capability and relay.
  • A site blocks automation or asks you to sign in — finish that step yourself in the same visible page, then hand it back.
  • Not available at all — open the site in an ordinary browser tab; that tab is not one your Familiar can reach.
